Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium brand experience through exceptional consumer service and product knowledge
• Support various store departments including operating cash registers, managing stock, and building visual displays
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees
• Use digital devices to bridge the gap between online and offline sales services
• Recommend appropriate products to help the team reach sales targets
• Stay up to date on sales trends, NIKE products, and services through continuous training

Requirements

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Effective communicator and collaborative teammate
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
• Flexible availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work a 40-hour contract with full flexibility over 7 days a week
