About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in building and leading a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Drive sales growth by implementing company selling strategies and coaching team members on guest engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building customer relationships and managing the Rewards Loyalty program.
- Maintain store visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and overall cleanliness.
- Manage operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and expense control.
- Analyze business metrics and KPIs to create and execute effective action plans.
- Ensure a safe shopping environment by following loss prevention and safety policies.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
