Retail Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in building and leading a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Drive sales growth by implementing company selling strategies and coaching team members on guest engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building customer relationships and managing the Rewards Loyalty program.
• Maintain store visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and overall cleanliness.
• Manage operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and expense control.
• Analyze business metrics and KPIs to create and execute effective action plans.
• Ensure a safe shopping environment by following loss prevention and safety policies.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
