Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving profitable sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing retail team.
- Provide coaching and performance management to motivate and retain top talent.
- Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards program and effective selling strategies.
- Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
- Analyze business metrics to create action plans and ensure operational excellence.
- Manage scheduling to ensure proper floor coverage while meeting payroll targets.
- Support inventory management, loss prevention, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
