Retail Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in building and developing a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, and coaching.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building emotional connections through product knowledge and company selling strategies.
• Drive guest loyalty via the Rewards Loyalty program and effective communication.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards through flawless execution of plan-o-grams and cleanliness.
• Analyze business metrics to create action plans that drive sales and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage operational tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and expense control.
• Ensure a safe shopping and working environment by following safety and loss prevention policies.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
