- Support the Store Manager in executing roles to deliver an exceptional employee and guest experience.
- Assist in building, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team.
- Provide coaching, performance management, and foster a positive work environment.
- Drive sales results by implementing company selling strategies and maximizing guest engagement.
- Maintain store appearance through flawless execution of visual standards and plan-o-grams.
- Manage operational activities including scheduling, inventory, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company Code of Ethics.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
