Retail Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in executing roles to deliver an exceptional employee and guest experience.
• Assist in building, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and foster a positive work environment.
• Drive sales results by implementing company selling strategies and maximizing guest engagement.
• Maintain store appearance through flawless execution of visual standards and plan-o-grams.
• Manage operational activities including scheduling, inventory, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company Code of Ethics.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
