Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience to drive profitable sales growth.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Provide coaching and performance management to motivate and retain top talent.
  • Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and effective selling strategies.
  • Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
  • Manage operational activities including scheduling, inventory management, and expense control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company Code of Ethics.

Requirements

  • High School completion or equivalent GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
