Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience to drive profitable sales growth.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
- Provide coaching and performance management to motivate and retain top talent.
- Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and effective selling strategies.
- Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
- Manage operational activities including scheduling, inventory management, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company Code of Ethics.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
