Retail Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
• Support the Store Manager by directing daily activities and ensuring the team has necessary resources
• Operate the cash register and train new store associates on register procedures
• Assist with stocking, receiving, and merchandising products on the sales floor
• Complete daily paperwork, balance registers, and close out as directed
• Maintain a friendly, inviting store environment for both employees and guests

Requirements

• Ability to reach, stand, and move about for up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to use a ladder and lift or move objects up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
