About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Support the Store Manager by directing daily activities and ensuring the team has necessary resources
- Operate the cash register and train new store associates on register procedures
- Assist with stocking, receiving, and merchandising products on the sales floor
- Complete daily paperwork, balance registers, and close out as directed
- Maintain a friendly, inviting store environment for both employees and guests
Requirements
- Ability to reach, stand, and move about for up to 12 hours per shift
- Ability to use a ladder and lift or move objects up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
