About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and ensure a great customer experience
- Direct daily activities of employees and ensure the team has resources to be successful
- Operate the cash register each shift and train new store associates
- Assist with stocking, receiving, and merchandising products on the sales floor
- Complete daily paperwork, balance, and close the register as directed by the manager
- Foster a friendly, inviting, and positive work environment for employees and guests
