About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a customer service superstar by greeting customers and answering questions
- Support the Store Manager by directing daily employee activities
- Serve as a cash register master and help train new store associates
- Manage the sales floor by assisting with stocking and receiving products
- Complete daily paperwork and balance/close registers
- Foster a friendly and positive work environment for employees and guests
Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for at least 12 hours at a time
- Ability to use a ladder and lift objects up to 50 lbs. or more
- Basic math and computer skills
