About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a customer service superstar by greeting customers and answering questions
- Serve as the right hand to the Store Manager, directing daily employee activities
- Act as a cash register master and help train new store associates
- Assist with stocking and receiving products on the sales floor
- Complete daily paperwork and balance/close registers
- Create a friendly and positive work environment for employees
Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for at least 12 hours at a time
- Ability to use a ladder and lift objects up to 50 lbs or more
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
