Retail Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and execute strategic plans to support company objectives
• Manage back-of-house operations, including stockroom organization and inventory
• Analyze business metrics, daily operations, and P&L to identify growth opportunities
• Recruit, coach, and provide performance management for a high-performing retail team
• Execute "Manager on Duty" responsibilities and ensure a premium fan experience
• Implement company initiatives and maintain high standards of fan engagement during special events and game days

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a flagship or high-profile environment
• Experience managing a team of non-exempt employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail point of sale (POS) systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a rotating full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and extended hours on game days
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and work in various weather elements if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
