About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the retail sales team to achieve sales and service metrics
- Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer escalation resolution
- Drive operational excellence through effective inventory management and cycle counts
- Maintain store environment standards, including planograms and branding compliance
- Provide onboarding support and continuous feedback to new hires
- Monitor store reports to identify opportunities in sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Administer cash handling policies and procedures

- Ability to stand and move constantly throughout the store
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
- Consistent and punctual attendance
