Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide sales advice and customer service across all product categories, including textiles, hardware, and footwear
• Actively assist and support customers with a high level of service and multi-customer management
• Maintain product assortment and ensure sales-promoting merchandise presentation
• Handle cash register transactions and checkout processes

Requirements

• Initial retail experience in the sports equipment or textile market is desirable
• A passion for sales and enjoyment in interacting with people
• A strong team player mentality
• Identification with the outdoor industry and the Mammut brand
