Retail Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to plan and implement sales strategies to drive growth
• Maintain strong inventory controls and uphold compliance standards
• Coach, train, and develop staff to align with company goals
• Partner with the General Manager to create, monitor, and track store KPIs
• Leverage data to drive decisions regarding labor costs and training
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new staff
• Support day-to-day operations and partner with marketing, retail operations, and supply chain teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• 2+ years of management experience in high-volume retail
• Experience with POS systems and compliance tools like Dutchie and Metrc
• Strong leadership and recruitment skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Analytical ability to track store KPIs
• Open availability with no scheduling conflicts
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree
• Previous cannabis industry experience
