Retail Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily store operations, including scheduling, compliance, and sales execution
• Serve as acting GM during absences, leading briefings and coaching staff
• Oversee cash and inventory controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Drive visual merchandising, menu accuracy, and in-store promotions
• Coach and develop team members through performance management and mentoring
• Collaborate with corporate HR, marketing, and procurement partners
• Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain service excellence
