About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and advice regarding dry food products such as snacks, grains, baked goods, sweets, canned goods, and beverages
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure well-stocked and organized shelves
- Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
- Ensure quality assurance by monitoring expiration dates and following HACCP standards
Requirements
- Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Merchant)
- Open to career changers with professional training provided
- Experience in food retail is a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for retail
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
