Retail Assistant (Athlete)

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium brand experience through exceptional consumer service and deep product knowledge
• Support various store departments including operating cash registers, managing stock, and building visual displays
• Assist Leads and Coaches in training new employees and informing coworkers about NIKE products and services
• Use digital devices to bridge the gap between online and offline sales experiences
• Recommend appropriate products to consumers to help reach sales targets
• Continuously improve product and sales trend knowledge through company training tools

Requirements

• A genuine passion for NIKE and a love of sport
• Previous experience in retail or leadership positions
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Proven competency in providing exceptional consumer service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach/develop a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
