About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors at our flagship Queen St location
- Educate customers on ASICS products and how they can help meet personal fitness goals
- Maintain a high-performance culture through accountability and teamwork
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service
- Strong multitasking and teamwork skills
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
- Availability to work a set roster
- Experience with footwear is advantageous but not essential
