Retail Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales and achieve business goals while maintaining Rituals brand standards
• Collaborate with store managers to achieve key KPIs and ensure excellent customer service
• Achieve key performance indicators for stores and resolve daily challenges
• Build strong, engaged teams through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Support local B2B initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in the retail industry
• Proven success in managing high-turnover areas
• Experience managing KPIs and ensuring operational compliance
• Experience in coaching and developing retail/service teams
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility for frequent business travel
• Valid Category B driver's license
• University degree
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
