Retail Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams and Area Store Managers within your region
• Conduct regular employee appraisals to promote individual strengths and personal development
• Implement company strategy to ensure long-term regional success
• Manage regional budget and P&L with targeted steering
• Identify optimization potential and develop measures to increase revenue and EBITDA
• Plan and implement regional marketing and promotional campaigns
• Model and anchor the company's leadership and corporate culture within the team

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in regional management, ideally in franchised retail
• Strong background in retail operations and customer-oriented processes
• Business administration degree or comparable qualification in retail is desirable
• High affinity for numbers and ability to derive actions from business KPIs
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills
