About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store teams and Area Store Managers within your region
- Conduct regular employee appraisals to promote individual strengths and personal development
- Implement company strategy to ensure long-term regional success
- Manage regional budget and P&L with targeted steering
- Identify optimization potential and develop measures to increase revenue and EBITDA
- Plan and implement regional marketing and promotional campaigns
- Model and anchor the company's leadership and corporate culture within the team
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in regional management, ideally in franchised retail
- Strong background in retail operations and customer-oriented processes
- Business administration degree or comparable qualification in retail is desirable
- High affinity for numbers and ability to derive actions from business KPIs
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills
