Responsibilities

  • Provide primary customer and internal analytic support for the Retail business and personal care categories
  • Develop the analytics and insights roadmap to support channel strategy
  • Serve as a team leader and mentor, creating processes and tools to build team efficiency
  • Act as a subject matter expert on channel-specific data platforms to drive storytelling with merchant and brand teams
  • Partner with sales managers to provide strategic input for decisions and tactics
  • Interpret data to identify the "so what" and "why" behind performance headlines
  • Drive strategic projects to unlock new revenue-driving opportunities through category and competitive analysis
  • Maintain cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-6 years in an analytical and strategic data-driven role
  • Experience with syndicated data (Circana/IRI or Nielsen) is required
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Business Suite (Docs, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to travel to customer meetings approximately 8–10 times per year

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CPG or Retail
  • Experience with Grocery data (e.g., dunnhumby, 84.51)
