Responsibilities
- Provide primary customer and internal analytic support for the Retail business and personal care categories
- Develop the analytics and insights roadmap to support channel strategy
- Serve as a team leader and mentor, creating processes and tools to build team efficiency
- Act as a subject matter expert on channel-specific data platforms to drive storytelling with merchant and brand teams
- Partner with sales managers to provide strategic input for decisions and tactics
- Interpret data to identify the "so what" and "why" behind performance headlines
- Drive strategic projects to unlock new revenue-driving opportunities through category and competitive analysis
- Maintain cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years in an analytical and strategic data-driven role
- Experience with syndicated data (Circana/IRI or Nielsen) is required
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Business Suite (Docs, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to travel to customer meetings approximately 8–10 times per year
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CPG or Retail
- Experience with Grocery data (e.g., dunnhumby, 84.51)
