Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class service experience rooted in Rothy’s values
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals
• Create lasting relationships with customers through strong clienteling practices
• Execute daily store operations including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness
• Follow established procedures and SOPs to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer connections
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week (including peak days like Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays)
• Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 25 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders
• Ability to follow dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift
