Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service rooted in Rothy’s values
• Drive personal and team sales results by engaging with customers
• Create lasting relationships with customers through strong clienteling practices
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
• Support daily store operations including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
• Follow all store policies and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift and lift or move up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work a flexible, seasonal schedule including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to follow dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and passion for building customer connections
• Drive to achieve personal and team goals
