Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class service experience rooted in Rothy’s values
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals
• Create lasting customer relationships through strong clienteling practices
• Support store culture through collaborative and team-focused behavior
• Execute operational tasks including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness following established SOPs

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work at least 16 hours per week (specific peak/non-peak day availability required)
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 25 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders
• Ability to follow dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine connections
• Passion for service and drive to achieve sales goals
