Retail All-Rounder – Operations & Online

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including stock management, ticketing, and merchandising
• Fulfil online and Click & Collect orders with accuracy and same-day turnaround
• Liaise with online customers and the Harvey Norman Online team to manage enquiries and resolve issues
• Assist with daily stock replenishment, stock running, and back-of-house organisation
• Maintain premium store presentation standards and up-to-date pricing

Requirements

• Reliable, positive, and "can-do" attitude
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trade, and public holidays
• Physical capability to move and organise stock safely
• Valid right to work in Australia
