Responsibilities

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to customers inside the facility
• Act as the face of the company by addressing customer needs and resolving issues
• Inspect vehicles with a sharp eye for detail to identify potential issues
• Accurately complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the tracking system
• Assist team members with various tasks as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Class 5 License with no restrictions
• 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
• Clean criminal background check
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Availability for minimum 40 hours per week, including a 4 weekday plus 1 weekend schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in the retail industry
• Passion for cars and the automotive industry
• Experience with warranty products
