About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritise suitable partners for the Mr D platform
  • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Own the partner sign-up process
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for shop partners
  • Strengthen relationships with partners and monitor business and store performance
  • Ensure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to partners
  • Maintain strict partner visit standards
  • Source promotions from partners that align with business objectives
  • Deliver against hub and regional advertising goals
  • Educate partners on available advertising tools

Requirements

  • Experience in marketplace, ecommerce SAAS, or retail sales
  • Minimum 2 years of prior sales experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have own transport and a driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry
  • Tertiary qualification
