About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships at scale across Middle East countries including Egypt, KSA, and UAE using automation and digital tools.
- Proactively negotiate costs, promotional opportunities, and business terms to drive vendor growth and profitability.
- Conduct deep-dive vendor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for selection expansion.
- Drive operational improvements in vendor-management processes and build scalable SOPs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable business growth.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts.
- Background in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.
- Previous experience working within the e-commerce industry.
