Retail 2nd Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience to drive profitable sales growth.
• Assist in building, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team while providing coaching and performance management.
• Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience through product knowledge and effective selling strategies.
• Drive guest loyalty via the Rewards Loyalty program and maintain store appearance through visual standards and cleanliness.
• Assist in analyzing business results, creating action plans, and managing inventory and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company Code of Ethics.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
