About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience to drive profitable sales growth.
- Assist in building, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team while providing coaching and performance management.
- Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience through product knowledge and effective selling strategies.
- Drive guest loyalty via the Rewards Loyalty program and maintain store appearance through visual standards and cleanliness.
- Assist in analyzing business results, creating action plans, and managing inventory and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company Code of Ethics.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
