Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience while driving profitable sales growth.
- Assist in building, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team.
- Provide coaching and performance management to motivate and retain top talent.
- Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience through product knowledge and relationship building.
- Implement company selling strategies and drive loyalty through the Rewards program and KPIs.
- Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
- Support operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
