Retail 2nd Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist in building, onboarding, and developing a high-performing retail team.
• Provide coaching to team members and foster a positive, motivating work environment.
• Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience through product knowledge and relationship building.
• Drive guest loyalty via the Rewards Loyalty program and company selling strategies.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
• Support operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention.
• Analyze business results to create and execute effective action plans to meet KPI goals.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
