Responsibilities
- Assist in building and developing a high-performing team through effective onboarding and coaching.
- Drive sales results by implementing company selling strategies and maximizing guest engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building lasting customer relationships and understanding product needs.
- Maintain store appearance and visual standards through flawless execution of plan-o-grams and cleanliness.
- Support operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and safety/loss prevention measures.
- Analyze business performance and create action plans to achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
