Retail 2nd Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and developing a high-performing team through effective onboarding and coaching.
• Drive sales results by implementing company selling strategies and maximizing guest engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building lasting customer relationships and understanding product needs.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards through flawless execution of plan-o-grams and cleanliness.
• Support operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and safety/loss prevention measures.
• Analyze business performance and create action plans to achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
