Retail 2nd Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving profitable sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist in building, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching, motivation, and performance management to team members.
• Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience through product knowledge and relationship building.
• Implement company selling strategies and drive loyalty through the Rewards program.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
• Support inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention measures.
• Analyze business results to create and execute effective operational action plans.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
