Retail 2nd Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team through onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by utilizing product knowledge to create emotional connections and drive sales.
• Implement company selling strategies and drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Assist in business analysis and the creation of action plans to drive operational results and control expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company Code of Ethics.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
