Retail 2nd Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and developing a high-performing team representing Newell Brand Values
• Manage performance through coaching, recognition, and addressing HR-related situations
• Create an exceptional guest experience by delivering product knowledge and emotional connections
• Implement company selling strategies and maximize sales potential
• Drive guest loyalty through Rewards programs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain store appearance via visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness
• Analyze business data to create and execute operational action plans
• Support inventory management and expense control
• Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
