Retail 2nd Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist in building and developing a high-performing team through coaching and performance management.
• Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience by utilizing product knowledge and building customer loyalty.
• Implement company selling strategies and drive participation in the Rewards Loyalty program.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness protocols.
• Assist with operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention.
• Analyze business results to create and execute effective action plans to meet KPI goals.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
