About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Assist in building and developing a high-performing team through coaching and onboarding.
- Drive guest loyalty via the Rewards Loyalty program and effective selling strategies.
- Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
- Manage operational activities including inventory, expense control, and safety/loss prevention.
- Analyze business metrics and KPIs to create and execute effective action plans.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
