Restructuring and Turnaround Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational and financial diagnostics to identify key performance drivers
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities
• Develop and execute actionable improvement plans with clear KPIs and milestones
• Drive day-to-day execution of cost optimization and performance initiatives
• Support senior leaders in partnering with executive leadership, Boards, lenders, and Private Equity sponsors
• Manage workstreams and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives including COGS/SG&A optimization, supply chain, and working capital management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in value creation, financial/operational consulting, or performance improvement
• Experience contributing to EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to support diagnostic, design, and execution of performance improvement
• Strong operational finance capabilities including financial and variance analysis
• Experience supporting value creation initiatives with Private Equity sponsors
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or commercial functions
• Ability to operate in time-sensitive, high-intensity environments
• Strong communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses
• Experience in shop floor or plant-level environments
• Background as an operator (interim leadership or line management)
• Experience in industrials, manufacturing, distribution, or business services
• MBA or advanced degree
• Familiarity with data analytics and AI-enabled tools
