Restoration Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and repair work on buildings and structures
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
• Clean and restore carpets and other flooring materials
• Conduct asbestos abatement procedures as needed
• Perform site demolition and cleanup
• Utilize absorbent booms and pads to contain and remediate impacted surfaces, soils and waters
• Perform manual work requiring periods of extensive physical exertion
• Adhere to safety priorities while wearing PPE, such as respirators and protective clothing

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s license
• Reliable local transportation
• Ability to travel and work on an on-call basis
• Availability to deploy immediately or within 24-48 hours
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to perform labor intensive activities in any weather or environmental conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Confined Space certification
• Chemical, oil, or confined space experience
