Restoration Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue opportunities by consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water, or large-scale emergency events
• Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities to implement recovery initiatives
• Create and retain customer loyalty by establishing trusting relationships
• Participate in restoration-related community awareness events
• Respond to or dispatch Emergency Response Personnel to secure emergency work

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to be on call 24/7/365
• Proven ability to close sales and provide quality customer service
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to pass background checks
• 2 year non-compete agreement

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a first responder (Fire Chief, Marshal, etc.)
• Experience in emergency management or EMT
• Restoration industry experience (Estimator, Project Manager, Mitigation)
• Previous sales professional experience
