Restoration Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of restoration projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Establish project budgets, confirm work orders, and proactively monitor progress against plan
• Enforce compliance with safety, building codes, and industry standards
• Direct and manage subcontractors, holding them accountable to quality and performance metrics
• Build trust with clients and business partners through clear, timely, and professional communication
• Track and report on key performance indicators including sales, gross margin, timelines, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in restoration or construction project management
• Proven ability to lead teams and hold subcontractors accountable
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability in dynamic, high-demand environments
• Effective communicator with both technical teams and clients
• Knowledge of fire/water restoration is a plus
