Restoration Project Coordinator

Insurcomm Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency response. As part of Fortify Companies, we provide coordinated care from prevention to restoration across 210+ markets nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clerical, administrative, and accounting functions for mitigation and rebuild projects
• Work directly with Project Managers to schedule mitigation crews on jobs daily
• Maintain accurate job files, notes, and documentation within PSA
• Track project schedules, appointments, inspections, and material deliveries
• Coordinate office schedules and communicate with customers regarding arrivals or delays
• Assist with collections processes including deductibles and progress payments
• Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, agents, vendors, and clients
• Prepare and route project-related forms, purchase orders, and work orders
• Perform project tracking and reporting using Power BI
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients professionally and empathetically

Requirements

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using job management systems (PSA preferred)
• Experience with reports and dashboards (Power BI required)
• Ability to apply basic mathematical and accounting concepts
• Associate’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the restoration or construction industry
• Experience supporting Project Managers or Operations teams
• Experience coordinating insurance-related workflows
• Bachelor’s degree
