Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in the focacceria restaurant located in St.Gallen’s old town
• Ensure a warm, attentive dining experience and respond to guest needs promptly
• Support daily service operations in a modern, team-oriented environment
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere and uphold the company’s quality standards

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as Restaurantfachmann/-frau EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in restaurant service and genuine enjoyment of guest interaction
• Native-level German (C2); additional languages are a plus
• Flexible availability for shift work and resilience during peak times
• Well-groomed appearance with strong communication and interpersonal skills
