About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold brand standards within a specific restaurant zone
- Enforce Raising Cane’s policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Manage the assigned zone during shifts, using required tools and logs to document results and take corrective action
- Direct crewmembers during shifts and support the execution of reward and recognition programs
- Provide exemplary customer service and authorize necessary employee functions like discounts or promotions
- Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain the facility in good working order
Requirements
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience (or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment involving physical exertion such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending

- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
