Restaurant Zone Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold company standards and culture
• Manage an assigned restaurant zone according to operations and safety standards
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and provide exemplary customer service
• Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and document results
• Enforce company policies and ensure the cleanliness and working order of the facility
• Support the execution of crewmember reward and recognition programs

Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience (or advanced Raising Cane’s crew experience)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving physical exertion such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending
