Restaurant Zone Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold brand standards within a specific restaurant zone
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and support reward and recognition programs
• Manage assigned zones using required tools, forms, and logs to document results and take corrective action
• Provide exemplary customer service and authorize necessary employee functions like discounts or promotions
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintain the facility in good working order

Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience (or advanced Raising Cane’s crew experience)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving physical exertion such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending
