About the role
Responsibilities
- Delivering warm, friendly and professional customer service
- Serving food and drinks during breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Preparing restaurant areas for service, including setting, clearing and relaying tables
- Polishing cutlery, crockery and glassware to ensure high presentation standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming dining environment
- Developing knowledge of the resort to assist guests
- Attending training regarding dietary requirements and allergens
