Restaurant Team Member

Responsibilities

• Delivering warm, friendly and professional customer service
• Serving food and drinks during breakfast, lunch and dinner service
• Preparing restaurant areas for service, including setting, clearing and relaying tables
• Polishing cutlery, crockery and glassware to ensure high presentation standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming dining environment
• Developing knowledge of the resort to assist guests
• Attending training regarding dietary requirements and allergens

• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Knowledge to assist with dietary or allergen requirements
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness and presentation
