About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, friendly and professional customer service
- Serve food and drinks during breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Prepare restaurant areas for service, including setting, clearing and relaying tables
- Polish cutlery, crockery and glassware to ensure high presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming dining environment
- Assist guests with dietary requirements and allergens
Requirements
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for split shifts including Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and Monday mornings
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous waiting or hospitality experience is advantageous
