Restaurant Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for restaurant technology systems, including POS, Kitchen Display, and Table Management platforms
• Manage major system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations from planning through deployment
• Lead restaurant technology projects to ensure successful execution and adoption across locations
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop technology solutions that support business objectives
• Act as an advanced escalation point for complex restaurant systems troubleshooting
• Collaborate with technology vendors to optimize system performance and resolve issues
• Develop system documentation, training materials, and user support resources

Requirements

• Experience supporting and maintaining restaurant or retail POS systems
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
• Proficiency in Windows environments, networking concepts, databases, and system integrations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation and support after-hours maintenance
• Availability for occasional local and domestic travel
