Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver consistent excellence
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
• Coordinate communication between kitchen and service teams
• Assist with staff scheduling, reporting, and shift management
• Support management in achieving sales and service goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to join within 15–30 days
